Laura Bartus has held many roles at Humana in her 18 years with the company. Most recently with Humana, she is the head of learning and development for CenterWell Primary Care Organization (PCO) and CenterWell Pharmacy. Laura’s teams create, deliver, and track learning and development programs for the PCO organization’s 7,900 associates and the Pharmacy organization’s 10,000 associates. This includes clinics, dispensing sites, call centers, professional tracks, Clinicians, Pharmacists, and Pharmacy Techs. Laura’s Learning Analytics team tracks operational results and develops learning metrics strategy to improve their business impact.
