Jessica Fraser is the Head of Learning at Floor & Decor supporting store associates, leaders, and enterprise growth. She brings over twenty years of progressive learning and development, talent management, and HR experience primarily in retail.

Prior to Floor & Decor, Jessica spent over fifteen years at The Home Depot, most recently as Director of Learning Strategy, where she built and scaled learning programs that strengthened performance across high growth sales teams.

Jessica specializes in transforming learning ecosystems, replacing lengthy training programs with targeted microlearning and reinforcement, and aligning learning strategy with measurable business outcomes.
