Jennifer Bell is the Leader of Custom Learning at Neovation Learning Solutions, heading a 16-person team of instructional designers, digital designers, project managers and quality specialists. Since 2017, Jen has built a team that diverse clients, including national sports bodies, professional associations, and healthcare and industry organizations, trust to turn expertise into learning that changes how people work. That work has earned three Brandon Hall Group Gold awards: two in 2026 with NASSCO, for Best Certification Program and Best Custom Content, and one in 2024 with Canada Soccer for its blended coach education program. Most recently, Jen has guided the team through its biggest shift yet: rebuilding how it works in the AI era.
