Learning metrics, servant leadership, coaching people up and out of your organization toward their next step up in their career, leading people through change

I lead two large learning orgs (67 people) that serve about 20,000 people in our clinic space and pharmacy space. We are constantly going through organizational changes, and occasionally layoffs. So, I decided to start helping our employees through those frequent changes; since 2021, I frequently lead internal and external sessions to groups of 5-500 people on thriving through change and leading through change. I also built a learning analytics function to track the effectiveness of our learning programs.
