An expert in experiential and applied learning across cultures and disciplines, Dr. Karla Wesley leads learning and leadership development for the United Way network in 36 countries, serving 1036 offices and their communities. Karla is an innovative and strategic executive manager with extensive experience leading global learning programs and multi-country teams to catalyze community-led environmental conservation, educational, economic, and health outcomes in 65 countries. In her role, Karla leads the United Way's Next-Generation Leaders Initiative which is building a dynamic, global community of future-focused leaders to expect rapid change in these turbulent times and manage it as opportunities to co-engineer positive community change.
