Marc Ramos is a Chief Learning Officer (CLO) with 25+ years’ global transformation experience with Google, Microsoft, Accenture, Novartis, Oracle, and Red Hat.  He was recently the Global Head of Learning Strategy and Innovation at ServiceNow, where he led the transformation of AI for L&D initiatives.  Prior to ServiceNow, Marc served as CLO with Cornerstone, and led Learning Strategy and Innovation at Novartis, 

Marc studied European Art History at Cambridge University and graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a combined focus on Film Theory and Organizational Behavior.  He is certified in MIT’s AI & Business Strategy Executive Program at the Sloan School of Management, an HBR author, and Board Advisor for several AI startups.
