Sonya Overstreet is a Learning and Development Director and Certified Performance Technologist with 20+ years of experience in engineering, performance improvement, and workplace learning.

Throughout her career, Sonya managed the development of technical training across various industries. She was responsible for implementing learning and development strategies to build employee skills, foster organizational knowledge management, and boost organizational performance.

Sonya has presented at DevLearn, the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), Learning Solutions Conference, Learning Leaders Conference, and the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE).
