Dr. Becky Burke serves as the VP of Learning & Strategic Development at BankWest, Inc., where she has led a transformation of the organization’s learning approach from traditional training to a strategic, award‑winning development function. Under her leadership, BankWest has earned multiple industry recognitions, including six consecutive Training Magazine MVP Awards, the CLO Learning Elite Award, and the ATD BEST Award. Becky holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and SHRM-CP and SHRM-CD credentials. Training Magazine recognized her as a 2023 Emerging Training Leader and is also a proud Girl Scout Gold Award recipient.
