Genevieve Caplette’s career spans leadership development, supply chain expertise, project management, and people leadership. More than a trainer, coach, or facilitator, Genevieve is known for leaving a lasting, positive impact across the Michelin organization.

In her current role as Director of Transformation for Michelin, Genevieve leads a 1.5-year mission focused on accelerating progress and cultivating a culture of growth. She is responsible for amplifying learning and development opportunities while driving strategic transformation initiatives. These include building and sustaining a project management office, enhancing employee engagement strategies, improving new hire onboarding, and developing early career and competency programs.
