Kristy Callahan is a dynamic leader in the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Leadership Development for the US and Canada at GE HealthCare. With over two decades of experience spanning startups to billion-dollar enterprises, Kristy brings deep expertise in sales, marketing, operations, and people management. Her journey through the corporate landscape has been consistently guided by a passion for developing others—a passion that ultimately led her to specialize in Learning & Leadership Development.
Kristy holds a master’s degree in Leadership Development and is a Board-Certified Executive Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also serves as a VP on the Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN) Board, where she contributes to shaping the future of learning in life sciences.
