Attend Learning LeadershipValues based leadership, the importance emotional intelligence in leadership, conversations on strategy, growth & development and leveraging AI as a leader.
I currently serve as Director, Global Facilitation – Leadership & Professional Development, where I lead enterprise‑wide leadership facilitation strategy and capability building for a global organization. My work sits at the intersection of leadership philosophy, learning strategy, and execution at scale, with a focus on helping our organization translate intent into consistent leadership behavior.
Values‑Based Leadership
I lead and govern global facilitation standards that anchor leadership development in organizational values, not as abstract concepts, but as decision‑making and behavior frameworks. My work focuses on helping leaders within our organization move from values statements to observable leadership practices that build trust, accountability, and alignment across regions and levels. I partner closely with senior leaders and the HR team to ensure leadership development reinforces culture while supporting business priorities.
Emotional Intelligence in Leadership
Emotional intelligence is a foundational capability in the leadership experiences I design and facilitate. I integrate self‑awareness, empathy, relationship management, and inclusive leadership into leadership programs as performance enablers, not “soft skills.” My background in emotional intelligence coaching and strengths‑based development informs how I help leaders navigate complexity, lead through tension, and build engagement in increasingly hybrid and global environments.
Conversations on Strategy, Growth & Development
A significant part of my role is facilitating strategic dialogue with leaders—connecting enterprise strategy to leadership capability, growth priorities, and workforce readiness. I design discussion‑driven leadership experiences that help leaders and teams examine how strategy shows up in day‑to‑day leadership behaviors, development investments, and talent decisions. This includes enterprise leadership programs and executive‑level conversations focused on scaling leadership capability in ways that are both practical and measurable.
Leveraging AI as a Leader
I increasingly facilitate conversations with learning and business leaders about AI, technology, and the future of leadership—specifically, what these shifts mean for leader capability, judgment, and development strategy. Rather than focusing on tools alone, my work centers on helping leaders think critically about where AI adds value, where human leadership remains essential, and how learning organizations can prepare leaders to guide teams through ongoing technological change with clarity and responsibility.
Across all of these areas, I bring the perspective of someone who has designed, governed, and facilitated leadership development at scale, and who deeply values peer‑to‑peer learning, honest dialogue, and practical insight. I’m particularly interested in contributing to conversations where learning leaders can exchange real‑world insights on what’s working, what’s evolving, and how we collectively elevate leadership development in increasingly complex organizations.
