Embodied/Conscious Leadership, Leading through Change, Leadership as the Business Multiplier

I've spent over 20 years developing leaders across telecommunications, aviation, retail, manufacturing, and life sciences, and the thread running through all of it is the same conviction: that leadership is less a role and more a practice. At Klick Health, as SVP of People and Organizational Development, I lead a function that spans leadership development, performance, coaching, onboarding, and learning and development. I work at the intersection of strategy and humanity, designing systems that help people and organizations grow together.

My approach to conscious leadership has been shaped by both practice and personal investment. I've engaged deeply with the Conscious Leadership Group's work, with coaching methodologies, and with thinkers like Michael Bungay Stanier, not as a consumer of frameworks but as someone who brings those perspectives back into the way I design learning and lead my own team. I believe the inner work of leadership is inseparable from the outer results.

On leading through change, Klick has grown significantly during my tenure, and my work has consistently required helping leaders not just survive growth but lead through it with clarity, empathy, and purpose. I've designed programs, facilitated senior leadership experiences, and built the systems that help leaders show up in the moments that matter most, including the difficult, high-stakes, human ones.

On leadership as a business multiplier, I've built the case internally and written about it publicly: that leadership development only matters if it moves the business. My published work in TD Magazine and my speaking at events like UNLEASH World and LinkedIn are grounded in that belief. When leaders grow, their teams grow, and organizations thrive. The work I do is always in service of that chain.
